Elena Bondareva is a versatile executive, strategist, and a seasoned transformation leader with a solid international track record of systems change at project, organization, industry, and topic level. Elena has held public, private, teaching and Board roles on six continents; delivered CPD training to thousands of professionals; participated in globally significant events such as COP17 and G20; published three books including Change-maker’s Handbook (2023) and countless articles in peer-reviewed and public journals; and helped establish nearly two dozen ventures around the world advancing a regenerative future., incl. four Green Building Councils and the Living Future Institute of Australia. Today, Elena serves on the Boards of Pollinate Group and BLOOM Workforce Development and as a mentor with the Miller Center for Social Enterprise; her consulting practice Vivit supports changemakers in launching and scaling transformation; and her PhD research aims to produce a periodic table of changemaking.
